How does it work?
1. The contract
Upon delivery, you just have to sign our terms and conditions at the lobby of your hotel.
2. The security
For safety reasons, an imprint of your credit card will be made for an amount of 500€ (but you won’t be charged).
If the smartphone is damaged or not returned, you will have to pay:
- with insurance: up to 150€
- without insurance: up to 500€
3. International calls
- Unlimited calls and text messages in the US (excluding special numbers)
- Unlimited calls and text messages to mobile and landline phones of the following countries:
Europe : the Azores, Andorra, Germany, Austria, the Balearics, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary islands, Cyprus, Corfu, Crete, Cyclades, Denmark, Scotland, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein , Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, isle of Man, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Wales, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Rhodes island, Romania, United Kingdom, San Marino, Sardinia, Sicily, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Vatican.
Northern America : USA, Canada, Alaska, Hawaï, american virgin islands, Puerto Rico.
Asia & Oceania: China
- Unlimited calls to the landlines of the following countries:
Europe: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Feroe islands, Macedonia, Moldavia.
America : Bahamas, Bermudes, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guyana, Cayman islands, Easter Island, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela.
Africa & Middle East: South Africa, Bahrain, Brunei, Israel, Jordan, Turkey, Morocco (excepted calls to mobile phones +212 6XX, to phone numbers of limited mobility of the operators Wana or Méditel and the phone numbers starting with: +212 526 ; +212 527 ; +212 533 ; 212 534 ; +212 540 ; +212 546 ; 212 547, + 212 550 ; + 212 553).
Asia & Oceania : Australia, Christmas Islands, South Korea, Guam, Hong-Kong, Northern Mariana Islands, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, New Zealand, Russia, American Samoa, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand.
- All calls are limited to 3 hours maximum per call, and then billed at 0.50€/min
